Payment Methods:

We offer Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Americn Express as payment.

We also offer PayPal invoicing.

(After receiving your PayPal invoice, you will have to physically click on the top of the page

that says "pay here", to pay before order is made and shipped)

We never charge sales tax on your order unless you reside in Oklahoma.

  Shipping Information:


1st Class Mail USA $6.00

1st Class Mail to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, $8.00.

Flat Rate Standard Shipping within the Continental U.S. only (not International)

  •  Priority Mail USA $12.00  (2 ~ 3 day),  Priority Express Shipping  (1 ~ 2 Day)  USA $24.00 per order/address. 

  • USPS Priority & Priority Express Mail for USA only. Canada, United Kingdom, Australia orders will be shipped 1st Class International.

Overnight shipping for U.S. only.   

International orders can take Up to 4 weeks, during peak months, Christmas, Thanksgiving etc


USPS gets busier during all holidays, itís typical for packages to be delayed an additional 2-4 business days on top of the regular time it would take to receive the package.

Responsibility for Product Shipment:
Eye-GrafX will make every effort to insure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. The US Postal service will handle your shipment from our factory. We send all our orders with tracking numbers so you can locate your order at anytime.
Please check with your local Postal service if tracking shows your package has been delivered.  
The purchaser is solely responsible for the correct  address for delivery. All our packages are delivered by United States Postal Service, (USPS.com) to an International address in Canada, United Kingdom, Australia. If returned to us do to a non-deliverable address established by USPS, the purchaser will need to furnish another good address and pay for any further S&H fees for the package to be re-sent. 

 The U.S. Customs Label number is typically not scanned for tracking purposes outside the U.S. USPS regrets that they are unable to tell you where the item is or the exact date it will be delivered. We cannot put a trace on your package outside the US until 30 after your order is shipped to find when your package was delivered. You can however go to your local Postal Service and inquire about the package, using the tracking number you were given at the time of shipment.


Enter the number that was emailed to you and it should show which post office the package was accepted at and if delivered.

Although we have never seen this happen, If there are Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

    Sending information to you via email:
We do not send email confirmation after receiving your order. After you hit the Submit button a page will come up stating we received your order. If a mistake is made a page will let you know what the mistake was. In the past emails would go into your Spam box and missed.

E-mails are occasionally caught by spam/junk mail folders so please include support@eye-grafx.com to your list of safe e-mail addresses.

In order to keep our prices down and order errors to a minimum, we DO NOT take orders over the phone unless you have order previously! We can then use your previous order to create a new order for you.
