2. Enter the list of the items you wish to purchase (along with price).
 

3. Total up the prices of the items you wish to buy, add shipping and handling if any *

4. Print order form: (Credit Cards users) must fill Sign your name after printing Authorization)

For your convenience please double check your credit card numbers to make sure they are correct. Otherwise there may be a delay with your order.

5. Credit card users make sure you put the billing address and zip code of your credit card on the order form.

6. If you wish to send your order to another person please write that persons name on the order form after printing.

7. Credit Card users, If your order is a gift and you don't wish to have your receipt attached to your order please write this on your order form.

8. Write any special instructions you have about your order on the order form.

13. All orders that are shipped for replacement of an original order that was the wrong size must be Charged and additional fee for replacement of the order, plus 6.00 shipping and handling. (please make sure the size is correct. Only you know the correct size.

The internet has several security problems concerning identity theft and stolen passwords to Pay Pal and other online pay services.
