Q. Do you take orders by phone?

 

A. Sorry no, I am a small business and do not have the time or resources to take phone orders.

 

Q. Do you accept international orders?

 

A. Yes. through MasterCard or Visa.


Q. Do I need to Specify which eye it will go on?

 

A. No my eye patches are made to fit either eye. Therefore If you have double vision, or need to switch from eye to eye during the day, you will need only one of my patches. If you wish to have your patch tweaked for one eye there is a place on the order form to let me know which eye you will be covering

 

Q. What if the size I choose is not right for me?

 

A. Please double check when you order your eye patch. A used patch cannot be returned or resold due to hygiene. Check your patch size by clicking here
 

Q. What is elastic cord.

 

A. Elastic cord is thinner than 1/8 inch elastic and round instead of flat.

 

Q. Can I wear your eye patches under glasses?

 

A. I can make the patches fit under the eyeglasses. Write on the order form after it is printed any additional information or requests such as "wearing under eyeglasses".
 

Q. How do I clean my eye patch?

 

A. Normally the patch should stay clean under normal conditions unless the patch is a light color. The triangular concave eye patches are made of two main components. The outer layer of felt or other materials should be wiped with a damp cloth only.  The inner portion of the patch, elastic band or cord can be cleaned with  a dampened cotton ball and alcohol. Suede leather patches can be cleaned with a suede leather cleaner only and the backing cleaned as above. Water will cause genuine suede to spot similar to a suede jacket. You can also use a battery operated fuzz cleaner to remove any felt balls that may form over time with felt. (being careful not to cut any threading on the patch)
 

Although I don't warrant my product for a specific purpose, or make any claims of suitability for a specific medical condition.  I know that your appearance is important to you and I strive to make a product that compliments your image. Please keep in mind that my patches are made one at a time hand cut, fitted together, and then sewn, therefore dimensions are average and may vary slightly along with the design.
