1. Sorry no, we are a small business and do not have the resources to take phone orders. Taking phone orders increases the risk of having the correct information on the order form. Filling the order form out by you, the customer, will make sure the order is correct.  If we have any questions about your order, we will either send you an email or phone you with our questions.

3. All our eye patches are made from handpicked high quality materials, (not paper products like store bought patches) and with the added dense foam backing, Our eye patches breathe and last many times longer than any other eye patches.

4. No our eye patches are made to fit either eye. Therefore If you have double vision, or need to switch from eye to eye during the day, you will need only one eye patch

5. Please double check when you order your eye patches. Our custom orders cannot be returned for refund, exchanged, or resold due to both laws and personal hygiene.

6. We can make our patches to fit under eyeglasses. Choose either Semi-Convex or Flat on the order form. When  placing your order, write any additional information under special instruction on the bottom of the order form.

7.   The Following is an explanation of what each shape means?

• a: con·vex Means curving or bulging outward giving you the most space between the eye and eye patch.
  b: semi.con.vex partial curving/bulging outward makes it easier to wear glasses and not completely touch the eye.
  c: flat means no curving  inward (slight curve for comfort outward only) touching your face completely.

8. Normally the eye patch should stay clean under normal conditions unless the patch is a light color. The eye patches are made of two main components. The outer layer of leather, felt or other high quality materials, and should be patted lightly with a damp cloth only (except for suede leather).  The inner portion of the patch, elastic band or cord can be cleaned with a slightly dampened cotton ball and alcohol. (do not saturate the eye patch) Suede leather patches can be cleaned with a suede leather cleaner only and the backing cleaned as above. Water will cause genuine suede leather to spot similar to a suede jacket or boots. You can also use a battery operated fuzz cleaner to remove any felt balls that may form over time with felt patches. (being careful not to cut any threading around the edge of the patch). Remember saturation with water or chemicals will shorten the life of the eye patch.

9. In order to better serve and protect our customers our orders are custom made for each individual as the order is received. We cannot refund any monies after your has been started.  If your order is damaged by the postal service they will be responsible for the damages. We do use automatic order tracking of your orders using USPS.com. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 1 business day with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please contact us by email for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order. We will not give information about your order over the phone.

10. Our patches are not indestructible.   With reasonable care, our patches should last many times longer than any store bought patches or other online eye patches. Never wash your patch in a washer, it will cause a separation of the materials. 1/4 inch elastic will last longer than 1/8 inch.  Our cord is made from Rayon Satin. Rayon is a high-quality satin cord manufactured in the US. It has a shiny look and a silky feel. It is woven with Rayon/cotton blend and  can be hand-washed with cool or luke-warm water; laid straight then run your fingers along it to straighten.

Some users have used their eye patches for 3 years and longer.

13. We manufacture 3 different eye patches shapes, Plus special custom shapes for special situations.

The rounded patch is our default. If you prefer the pointed or flat eye patch, choose your selection on our online order form.

14. Due to state, federal laws, and good hygiene practices, all custom eye patches are Non-Returnable: All our eye patches are custom made and not a stock item. For our customers protection, all eye patches relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Hygiene products that come in contact with the body; cannot be returned. They are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned per Public Health Policy and per Eye-GrafX Policy.

You can fill out our online order form or if you prefer, mail the order form in the mail with a money order, check,  or with your Visa/MasterCard information, then print, Fax or Mail your order. If you are from another country or do not wish to fill in your Credit Card numbers, we can bill you through your email with our PayPal Invoice service. We do not save any Credit Card numbers, as soon as your CC is processed we remove any traces of your card. This allows us to be PCI Compliant.

Please keep in mind that our patches are made one at a time, hand cut, fitted together, sewn, pressed and formed therefore dimensions may very slightly along with the design.
