We can only make our orders per your request and do not know if the size, length, address, or any other portion of the order is incorrect. Order cancellations or changes to the order are to be made by end of the same business day the order is placed. If the order is defective we will replace the eye patch. Replacement of an eye patch is the sole discretion of Eye-GraFx and will need to be reviewed to conclude the cause of the failure creating the need for a replacement. This will decide if the damage is due to processing error or customer abuse. All eye patches are custom made. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to shipment after they have been started and in process of completion. We pride our product is the highest quality and all orders are considered to be the property our customers at the time received. The customer is required to pay the full purchase price at the time of purchase. Since all orders are custom orders, the purchases are 100% non-refundable. Since eye patch orders cannot be resold due to health considerations, no custom orders of any kind can be returned.
